VORTEX Bug Report
So far, no widely distributed (post-test) version of VORTEX has been found
to contain a bug which would lead to seriously
altered results. Still, some minor glitches have been noted,
some bugs have prevented VORTEX from running at all on some
systems, and certainly an undetected serious bug could remain or
could appear as further modifications are made.
If you think you discover a bug in VORTEX ...
Download the latest VORTEX from the internet at
Vortex Page
and confirm that the problem still occurs with the latest version.
Send an email message to
help@vortex9.org in which you state:
- Operating system (Win95, Win98, WinXP, WinNT)?
- Amount of memory (RAM) on your computer?
- Describe the problem in detail.
If possible, attach to or insert in the email message:
- a sample output or,
- if the program crashed before producing output, the wording of any error message;
- a sample of the project (.vpj) file that shows the problem.
